AboitizLand is a real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, one of the Philippines’ oldest and biggest conglomerates. The company is engaged in the design and development of distinct communities for residential, industrial, and commercial uses. With over 20 years of service and commitment to the Cebuano community. AboitizLand is more than ready to take on the other parts of the Philippines, beginning our foray into Luzon.
Last 2nd Quarter of 2017, AboitizLand launched its first seaside development in Southern Luzon. Seafront Residences is a house and lot development in San Juan, Laiya, Batangas which caters to the high-end market. Positioned as a second home by the beach. AboitizLand has tapped world renowned partners in the development of this exclusive and intimate community namely, internationally acclaimed master planners Duany, Plater-Zyberk& Co. (DPZ), which is best known for designing Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach townships in Florida; SC&A Architects and Planners, to adapt DPZ’s plans for the Philippine setting; Budji+Royal for architecture and interior design; Crearis for landscape; and GHD for engineering. Upon completion, Seafront is expected to produce over 800 homes and serve more than 1000 vecinos – Spanish for neighbors, in this part of Luzon.
